Keyser spins out of Region II with two team titles The Keyser Golden Tornado girls’ team had top three finishes in all five of the relay events and squeaked past Berkley Springs for the team title. Keyser headed back to the eastern panhandle with two team titles. However, the Keyser boys’ team dominated their competition. They were able to score 147 points. The next closest was Philip Barbour with 98.
