West Mifflin\'s Montel Williamson went to run, and run fast, winning both the 60 and 200 dashes, and contributing to the 4x400 win of 3:40.27. McDowell\'s Travis Coleman won the Shot Put. Alexandra Acker took 1st in the Pole Vault. And West Mifflin sprinter Monica Allen had two top three finishes.
