Cross Country
THE WEST VIRGINIA Amateur Cross Country CHAMPIONSHIPS ARE TO BE CONDUCTED AT Coonskin Park Saturday November 7th , 2009 beginning at 10:00am.
The event is sanctioned by both the AAU and USA Track & Field.
The top 20 youth individuals and top three teams in each age division qualify for the AAU National Championship meet December 5, 2009 in Orlando, Florida.
The top 25 youth individuals and top three teams in each age division qualify for the USATF Regional Championship meet November 21, 2009 at Masterson Station in Lexington, Kentucky. Regional qualifiers (top 12) compete in the USATF National Championships, December 12 n Reno, Nevada.
