Meet Information
When: 9/26 and 10/23 First race starting at 5:00pm
Where: Sam Michaels Park. 235 Sam Michael's Lane, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425
Price: $100 per team (includes all levels and genders) or $10 per athlete.
Races:
- 1k- 3rd grade and under
- 2 mile Jr - Grades 4-5
- 2 Mile - Grades 6-8
- 5k - Grades 9-12
Please note we will not have a 2k this year. Awards will be separate for the upper elementary and middle school grade levels.
Awards: There will be awards given at the end of the meet for the top 3 finishers in each race. We will attempt to complete 1k awards early so the younger kids do not have to stay the entire meet unless they want to.
Timing: The meet will be hand timed as we have done in the past. All racers will receive a timing sheet that they will wear during the race as we did this past season.
Concessions: We will likely not have concessions due to a lack of parent volunteers. If this changes I will let you all know.
Course: I will send out course maps next week. The course will be on grass and trails.
