Meet Information

Cross Country Coaches,

The Tyler Consolidated High and Middle School cross country teams would like to invite you and your teams to the 2019 Tyler Consolidated "Stormin' the Castle" Invitational.



Tuesday, September 3rd



The race will take place directly next to bottom parking lot in the baseball outfield.  This is the start/finish line of the race.



4:30 PM Middle School Girls

4:55 PM Middle School Boys

5:20 PM High School Girls

6:05 PM High School Boys


Entry Fees:

         High School - $30 for each team ($60 for boys and girls)

         Middle School - $30 for each team ($60 for boys and girls)

         $5 per runner for individuals without a full team


**Make checks payable to "TCHS Athletics".  If you don't mail in your check before race day, please turn in your entry fee at the packet pick-up area when you check in on race day.**


Packet Pick-Up:

Packets can be picked up at the canopy by the finish line.  Coaches will be provided a meal ticket in their packet that can use at the concession stand.



         Plaques for 1st and 2nd place teams in each division

         Plaques for individuals placing 1-5 in each division

         Medals for individuals placing 6-10 in each division



The course loops out and back on grass and a well-groomed woods trail.  The course will include significant hill climbs for both high school and middle school runners.



There will not be separate JV races. All runners will run together with the top seven on each team counting in the team scoring competition. We are accepting entries via If you cannot enter this way, we will accept e-mailed Hy-Tek rosters. Please submit to All rosters should be in by Monday, August 26th. There will be a concession stand available near the track.  Kona Ice will also be available at the meet this year.  It will be located in the small lot near the starting line.



Parking is available in the larger bottom lot (right side) as you enter the school complex or around the back of the school.  All buses will need to park in the smaller bottom lot (left side) when you enter the school complex.



Race day shirts will be sold in the parking lot near the start/finish line by N-SIDE OUT SPORTS.
