For the girls, Alyssa Lombardo took over the state lead in the 400 meter dash with a time of 56.1, Heather Selheimer of North Penn ran a PA#2 time of 2:15.9 to win the 800 meter run, teammate Kayla Charles won both the 100 hurdles (15.0) and the 300 meter hurdles (45.8), Danielle Smith of Whitehall won both the 100 (12.2) and the 200 meter dashes (25.7), Natasha McLaren of Stroudsburg won the triple jump (37-08.75/PA#4) and the high jump (5-6/T-PA#1). Dominique Best of William Allen is not 2nd best in PA in the long jump with her winning mark of 18-10.
