Morgantown had not only one runner ahead of Tori Starcher at St. Mary's XC Festival, but shockingly two as senior Athena Young rolled to a 5K PR of 18:24 in a runner-up finish behind teammate and sophomore Lea Hatcher (18:12). A full one minute faster for Young than her last race on the same course at Cabell Midland in the 2017 state meet of 19:24.
