Following a strong 6th place performance this past weekend at the Lock Haven Invitational the Golden Eagle Women\'s Cross-Country team jumped up to a No. 7 ranking in this week\'s NCAA DII East Regional Poll. University of Charleston sophomore Alex Flores was named WVIAC Men\\\'s Runner Of The Week for the week of August 29-September 4. The transfer from Santa Maria, CA led the Golden Eagles to a strong 4th Place team finish in the Shawnee State Invitational, covering the 8000 meter course in 27:56.60.
