First week of outdoor season had plenty of action. I am still waiting on several results. I appreciate your patience. My goal is to have a weekly recap by Monday of the following week of outstanding team and individual performances . I will include as many meets as possible. You can upload your meet photos right onto your meet page. Check it out. Danny Farley of Pikeview uploaded his Pikeview Invitational pictures right to my web site. However, I still will need to upload your videos. Thanks, Daddy Doug
There is a better way than hand-typing results into Word or Excel... I promise! And it's actually easier, will save you time and frustration, and will produce results that are so much more rewarding and professional. Plus you'll be getting them in a format that saves us time in posting them and allows us to get all of the athletes statistics entered. Watch this video!!!
Posted are about 80 outdoor meets that are located under the calendar tab in the banner heading. If your meet is missing or if you have additional information, please let me know. Also, in the links tab you will find a link to the WVSSAC that contains additional information regarding sanctioned regular season meets and State Meet information. If you want results, photos, videos, articles, or anything else posted on WVRunners please e-mail me, Daddy Doug, at firstname.lastname@example.org Remember, if your meet results are in Hy-Tek I can easily add your performance to your personal page. If you or if you know anyone who wants to be a team administrator please e-mail me your request. I will be posting college schedules as I get them. Please ask your coach to e-mail them in if you want your meet covered. WVRunners look forward to the outdoor season and hope everyone has a safe and successful season.
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – With the conclusion of the 2009 indoor season, the Marshall women’s track team has a lot to look back on and be proud of from the 2008-09 indoor season. In addition to the personal best and winning events, the six school records that were set by four different student-athlete stand out. Though the records that fell were all individual, the new marks are more than personal bests. The records are motivation for these athletes and their teammates to excel and take the program to the next level.
