Nike Team Nationals will now have regional meets for the 2007 cross country season. The NTN Southeast Regional Meet will be hosted on Saturday, November 24th in Hoover, Alabama. The top two finishing teams at each regional meet will receive automatic bids and there will be four at-large bids as well to increase the field to 22 teams with the state of New York now becoming its own region.Editor's Note: NTN regional date will be going head to head with Footlocker South regional date as the Florida State Meet being pushed back a week forces a schedule conflict for several Footlocker contenders on NTN contending teams such as Jason Witt, who led Midlothian boys at the 2006 Nike Team Nationals with a top 10 individual finish.

Concord University opened their 2007 Outdoor track season in sunny Myrtle Beach at the Coastal Carolina University Invitational while on Spring break. They will be at Coastal Carolina again next weekend for the Shamrock Invitational. Coach Cox said, "Next week our team may be a little tired after having a hard week of training."
