Harris, Drazba, Propst, and McCauley are familiar names in distance running in the State of West Virginia. These four girls are used to being at the top of the rankings. Currently sophomore Sami Harris of Charleston Catholic with a 11:16.32 leads the girls 3200m rankings by a slim margin over Maggie Drazba (11:16.81) of St. Mary's. Harris was the runner up at the WV State Cross Country Championship and Drazba placed 3rd. Each of these two ladies have earned Milesplit U.S. 2nd Team Elite Standards.

Three time AAA Cross Country State Champion Letitia Propst of Elkins is in 3rd at 11:44, but her PR is 11:08. McCauley won the WV A / AA Cross Country Championship and sits in 4th place at 11:44.99. This is going to be an interesting ranking to follow.
