Letitia Propst of Elkins is back in familiar territory. She is sitting on top of the individual High School rankings for girls. Propst, a junior, from Elkins is the two time defending State champion in Cross Country in the AAA division. At the NCAC Meet this past weekend, Propst set a season best 19:05 to capture first place. Propst's 5K personal best is 18:28 which she set last year at the West Virginia State Championships at Cabell Midland High School.
Propst looks prepared to go after her 3rd consecutive State title. As usual there are several challengers and it is never easy to repeat.
