The Florida phenom continued her ascent in the 800m distance at the prep ranks, winning the USA Junior Championships in 2:03.63 to out kick Virginia Tech's Laurie Barton (2:05.09) and Gabrielle Wilkinson (2:06.03).
That came after a semifinal round of 2:05.43 by Collier, which qualified her for the final. Collier already owns a US No. 2 mark of 2:03.32, which she accomplished at the Festival of Miles on June 1 in St. Louis.
