Nick Symmonds is a two-time Olympian and six-time USATF outdoor champion at 800m. As a collegiate athlete, the Boise, Idaho native won seven NCAA DIII national titles for Williamette University. Most Olympians do not hail from DIII programs, but Symmonds' view of himself as an "underdog" has helped him achieve more than most ever thought was possible.
